Nice job with the lighting so far, this is looking pretty creepy. Id say keep pushing the idea of a lab, give us more clues that say "lab", and you should extend the canvas or somehow create more floor to show us, youre still creating a bad tangent by placing the figure on the bottom edge of the composition.
